Processing Time

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We offer Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days).

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • All orders include tracking information.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking will be active within 24–48 hours.


Shipping Delays

  • MamaCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

  • If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.


Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.
